TAMARAC, FL – The Broward County Sheriff’s Office reported an uptick in various criminal activities in Tamarac over the past week, detailing multiple incidents ranging from domestic violence to theft. Law enforcement has been actively responding to a series of troubling occurrences since June 10, 2025.

Notably, on June 10, three individuals were arrested for domestic battery: Lenora Lashea Glover, 36, Giovani Mews, 32, and Jephthe Kevin Costner Saint Jean, 24. Each of these incidents highlights the ongoing issue of domestic violence in the community.

Additional incidents continued throughout June, including several disputes characterized as domestic but not involving physical violence. However, the escalating tensions are alarming.

Another victim faced identity theft concerning an auto loan, while a fraudulent check for $1,000 was cashed at a local bank.

In other notable incidents, Shauna Kay Tiffany Dibben, 36, was arrested on June 15 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Additionally, Zachary Fredrick Freeman, 41, faces charges for aggravated stalking related to previous dating violence. These cases reflect growing concerns over personal safety and the mental health of individuals involved.
