Jacksonville Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Following Alleged Kidnapping and Rape

    Incident Unfolds at Intersection

Jacksonville, NC – A dramatic scene unfolded on Wednesday when a 30-year-old man was arrested for rape and kidnapping after the alleged victim bravely leapt from his vehicle to escape. Local authorities responded to reports of a kidnapping at the intersection of Huff Drive and Western Boulevard, where witnesses confirmed the victim’s desperate jump from the car.

He is currently held at the Onslow County Detention Center under a $200,000 bond.

    Ongoing Investigation and Community Appeal

The investigation is ongoing, with detectives urging anyone with additional information or evidence related to the case to come forward. “We encourage community members to assist in any way they can. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring justice is served,” Capt. Kellum remarked.
